Biography
Amy FitzPatrick joined Aecon in May 2016 as Senior Vice President, People. She is accountable for leading the HR function in the development and execution of our talent strategy and HR functional strategies, ensuring overall alignment with Aecon’s corporate strategic objectives. Ms. FitzPatrick is an international Human Resources Leader with significant experience in virtually every aspect of the HR portfolio, within both the energy and financial services industries. A versatile leader backed by more than 23 years of experience, she has demonstrated expertise in tackling and delivering challenging assignments in the U.S., U.K. and India with a variety of organizations, including BP, UBS, Enron, and Capital One Financial. Ms. FitzPatrick has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.
