Biography
Blair Brandon is Senior Vice President, Major Projects West, and is responsible for leading the successful pursuit and execution of major projects in western Canada and the Pacific region, as well as oversight for existing major projects in the west. Mr. Brandon brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry to Aecon, including extensive success in the Public-Private Partnership (P3) market. Prior to joining Aecon in 2015, he held various leadership roles with organizations such as Matthews Group Ltd., Sureway Construction and PCL Constructors Northern. Mr. Brandon also spent a number of years working in the United States, managing major design build projects for Flatiron, prior to successfully leading Flatiron’s Canadian Operations, based in Vancouver, B.C. Mr. Brandon is a graduate of Fanshawe College, with a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology.
