Biography
"Nilesh joined the Affinity executive team in May 2017, bringing decades of operations leadership experience and a long list of credentials with him. He’s a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Leadership Coach and Certified Lean Leader, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary. His professional background spans a variety of industries, including oil and gas, utilities, energy and healthcare. No matter the arena, Nilesh has built transformative change and developed teams that exceed expectations. From his position as EVP Operations, Nilesh now partners with his team and the whole Affinity organization to build a better world for everyone, every day. Nilesh has volunteered his time with the Saskatchewan Healthcare Leadership Program and currently serves on the Royal University Hospital Foundation Board of Directors."
