Biography
Roger N. Batkin is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Batkin has overall responsibility for the Company's legal matters, including the ethics and compliance program, litigation, regulatory and securities filings, the registration of trademarks and patents, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other worldwide legal activities. He is also responsible for the corporate records and minutes, resolutions and consents of AGCO's Board of Directors. In addition, he supports the Board of Directors on governance and legal matters.
