Financial Management - prepare, organize, control and process of all finance functions including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all bank reconciliations - prepare and coordinate financial statements, summaries and various analysis for management as well as quarterly reporting for the Board - coordinate the planning, administration and finances of the appropriate divisions - prepare and maintain accurate annual budget information and quarterly forecasts - prepare quarterly GST returns - manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecast in accordance with policy - implement internal controls to protect and safeguard company assets - liaise with external auditors, bankers and insurers
