Biography
W. Douglas Brown has been a member of our Board of Directors since May 2008. Mr. Brown served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. ("Air Products"), a global supplier of industrial gases, performance materials and equipment and services, from 1999 until his retirement in 2007.
