Patrick Downey is a corporate director who has been involved in the copper and gold mining industry throughout most of his 35 year career. Mr. Downey was an executive and director for several public resource companies and the Chief Financial Officer of Northgate Minerals Corporation for four years, retiring as President and CEO in 1994. He is certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors and a member of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
