Biography
Professor Carver teaches and researches in the areas of Canadian constitutional, administrative, immigration, and mental health law. He served as Chair of the Board of management of the Centre for Constitutional Studies at the University of Alberta from 2010 to 2012. Prior to coming to the University of Alberta, Professor Carver served as a member of the Immigration and Refugee Board and practiced law in British Columbia.
