Biography
Mike has been very involved in RiverWatch programs as a coordinating teacher at his school. Mike has provided valuable feedback to the program when asked in the past. His background in off campus trips with the Calgary Board of Education and his science teaching background benefit RiverWatch. Mike's river experience has also given him the opportunity to guide rafts on several RiverWatch trips in the past. He has extensive river experience, from his own paddling to teaching raft guides rescue and first aid. As a member of the RiverWatch Board of Directors, Mike continues to add his voice to the benefit of students across the province.
