Biography
A dedicated professional with over 14 years experience in pharamaceutical drug discovery and development, eight of which are in management. Results-driven project manager used to multitasking and dealing with complex multi-faceted problems. Proficient at mentoring and managing staff and students with a variety of backgrounds. Additional experience in small molecule drug discovery, enzymology, high throughput screening and assay design, receptor biology, ADME studies and pharmacology. Knowledge of GMP and GLP practices and compilation of IND and NDA documents. Strong background in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, scientific editing and writing.
