Biography
Dilek Samil brings over 30 years of finance, operations and business experience in the regulated energy utility sector. During her career Ms. Samil was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NV Energy and gained considerable experience in generation and system operations as President and Chief Operating Officer for CLECO Power. Ms. Samil holds a Bachelor of Science from the City College of New York and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida. Ms. Samil has served as a Director since October 1, 2014.
