Biography
Kenneth Moore is currently the Managing Partner of NewPoint Capital Partners Inc., an investment banking firm. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Moore was a senior partner at Crosbie& Co., another Toronto mid-market investment banking firm. Prior to investment banking, he was Vice-President at Barclays Bank, responsible for a number of leveraged acquisitions and restructurings. Mr. Moore holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a certified Chartered Director (C. Dir.), having completed the Chartered Director program of the Directors College (McMaster University). Mr. Moore has served as a Director since December 18, 1998.
