Biography
Mauro Naddeo is currently the Senior Vice President and President for Canada and Latin America. Mauro joined Allergan in 2000 and held different leading senior roles in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and United States, covering different businesses and geographies, prior to his current role. During his time with Allergan, Mauro has set the foundation for transforming the organization, increasing our strategic alignment with the corporation after identifying and selecting key drivers for long term growth. Prior to joining Allergan Mauro held leadership positions in Novartis after starting his career at Allergan Argentina in 1995. Mauro is a passionate leader, focused on both people and results and makes himself available to both his teams and his customers, despite the large market he covers. Mauro holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree from Fundación de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales, Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Universidad del Valle de México, Mexico City, Mexico; as well as an MBA from IPADE Mexico City, Mexico.
