Biography
Howard N. Rosen, C.A., C.B.V. has been Senior Managing Director for FTI Consulting, Inc. since July 2009. Mr. Rosen has over 25 years of experience in the assessment of damages and related issues and has provided expert testimony under the auspices of arbitration seats including the ICC, the LCIA, the ICDR and ICSID (including NAFTA) as well as under UNCITRAL rules. As the leader of FTI's International Arbitration practice, his specialty is in providing expert reports.
