Biography
In his role as Vice President and General Counsel, Mr. Grant oversees and provides legal counsel to corporate management on all legal matters. Mr. Grant has extensive experience in the petroleum and natural gas and power sectors and was formerly managing partner of the Calgary office of a national law firm. He is a director of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation and is Chair for Inn from the Cold Calgary. Mr. Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a joint Bachelor of Laws and Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia.
