Barrett Hileman

Biography

Barrett is a multi-disciplinary theatre artist, administrator, and educator. He has performed in and directed shows across Canada and the United States. he has a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from the New School University and has conservatory acting training from American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. Barrett served as the Managing Artistic Director of Alberta’s Spread The Word Theatre, directing 14 national Canadian tours. He has sat on the board for Fire Exit Theatre, and mentored under Ron Reed at Pacific Theatre. Barrett is currently the co-director, and playwright of the Canadian Badlands Passion Play in Drumheller. Recent directing credits include; Shadowlands, Three on a Seesaw, Badger, and Brilliant Traces.
