Biography
My life has been varied and in some ways surprising. I come from Greater Vancouver originally and have lived in various locations around the world. After high school I went to Canadian Bible College in Regina, thinking I would be there for one year and then would go into nursing. But that was not to be. I graduated from CBC, got married and then my husband, Cal, and I went into full time church ministry and eventually served in Latin America for 10 years as international workers with the Alliance. Shortly after our return to Regina, I started working at the University of Regina, which I did for 13 years. I also completed a Master of Human Resource development (in the Faculty of Education) during my time there. Much to my surprise, and delight, Cal and I ended up moving to Calgary in 2008 for me to take up the position of Registrar at Ambrose University. I am pleased to be able to serve here to help students achieve their educational goals within a faith-based institution. I love the dynamic environment and the great people I work with.
