Biography
I joined the faculty of Ambrose University in Fall 2017, leaving my business career behind me. I haven’t looked back since. I previously worked in Human Resources (HR) leadership roles in four different sectors (municipal government, oil/gas, healthcare and social services). I taught two sessional courses at Ambrose in 2016 and 2017 and have facilitated more than 100 workshops, conference sessions and training sessions in North America and Europe. My unique blend of education and experience gives me a pragmatic approach into what leaders and HR Professionals really struggle with day-to-day. I am married to Jodie and we have two young boys (Age 4 and 2) that keep us insanely busy. We spend a lot of time as a family in the great outdoors.
