Tony Ciampitti

Biography

  Mr. Ciampitti has been President, Electronic Instruments since January 2017. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Manager, AMETEK Power Systems and Instruments, since 2008. He joined AMETEK in 1997 as a Technical Support Engineer and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 1998. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Ciampitti was part of the Power Instruments business, first as Director of Sales and Marketing and later as Business Manager. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Division Vice President and Business Unit Manager for AMETEK’s Upstream Oil & Gas business. Mr. Ciampitti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.   Mr. Ciampitti has been President, Electronic Instruments since January 2017.
