Biography
As the Global Vice President of Customer Success and IT Operations, Ellis is responsible for Angoss’ overall customer management and IT strategy. Ellis has over 20 years of Operations, Services, Support, and Training experience in emerging technology companies. Ellis has held leadership positions in four successful start-up exits and has tier one consulting (PwC, IBM), merger/acquisition, and IPO experience. Most recently, Ellis lead the Global Center of Excellence for IBM’s Information Lifecycle Governance group. Ellis holds an MBA from The Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, and a B.S. in Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
