Biography
Shamir Naik joined Annex in July 2010 as a Client Manager. He comes to Annex with over 6 years enterprise IT, software development, recruiting and consulting and business development with companies like Accenture, BC Hydro, MDA, TEKSystems and S.i. Systems. Shamir moved to Vancouver 13 years ago from Zambia and completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering at UBC. He started his career in software development contributing to many different enterprise-level software development projects. For the past 3 years he has worked in the IT consulting and recruitment industry. His technical background and expertise positions him well to better understand clients’ technical as well as business needs. Shamir prides himself on delivering just the right solution to his clients after gaining a thorough understanding of their business and its goals. He has extensive knowledge of diverse industries, tools, trends and new technologies.
