Biography
Malyniwsky has held the position of Chief in the Supply Reduction Section of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD), Organization of American States (OAS) since 1996. Prior to this, he held positions as Executive Secretary to Canada’s Drug Strategy Secretariat; Policy officer at the Health Protection Branch of Health Canada; Chief of National Narcotic Inspection Services Division of Health Canada; Consultant to the International Narcotics Control Board, and as a Physician Prescribing Investigator for Health Canada.
