Biography
Jeffery is an international expert in the drug recognition field. He holds a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta and has 40 years of experience in progressively senior roles. Until 2003, he served as either a member of the Alcohol and Toxicology sections or as section head of the Toxicology Services for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Forensic Laboratories. Additional experience includes: technical drug advisor to the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police Drug Abuse Committee; member of the Addictive Drug Information Council of British Columbia (ADIC); and, adjunct professor in Criminal Justice for the Drexel University online program (2010, Philadelphia).
