What's your favourite thing about Appnovation? We have excellent people at our company. We are adaptable here and we thrive on adopting new technologies and to try new solution approaches. What's your story/professional background? As the Senior Vice President of Global Delivery at Appnovation, I ensures that our project teams work closely with clients to deliver world-class solutions to meet the demands of Appnovation’s international customers. With over 20 years of consulting and professional services delivery experience across the enterprise, government and military sectors, I also have a Master of Science in Business Administration from The University of British Columbia (UBC), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Prior to joining Appnovation, I served as NGRAIN’s Senior Director of Services, where I successfully established the Professional Services department. I led the eCommerce Consulting team and the EMEA Professional Services team at ElasticPath and ran the Project Management Office for SAP/Business Objects. In addition, I have successfully delivered enterprise projects at global companies such as Accenture and AnswerThink, and have built and run teams at start-up technology companies. What do you bring to the table? Customer focus; balancing company growth with solid delivery practices. What do you do (in/out of work) to excel in your role? Continually looking to improve how we deliver solutions to Appnovation's customers. What do you enjoy outside of work? Travelling, reading, and exploring Vancouver area.
