Biography
What's your favourite thing about Appnovation? Culture... we have a strong balance of achieving amazing results through teamwork and solid friendships. What's your story/professional background? I have a background in industrial engineering, business systems, and change management and have held leadership roles in BD, Operations, IT, and Service Delivery. Additionally, I hold a graduate degree in leadership and training. I have worked in the technology sector for 20+ years, building high performing teams and growing businesses and have spent the last 7 years in Managed Services. What do you bring to the table? I bring order to chaos. I grow business units and deliver results. What do you do (in/out of work) to excel in your role? I identify performance obstacles and ruthlessly eliminate them. I provide ongoing coaching to my team on performance in their roles and to foster an environment for growth. What do you enjoy outside of work? You can definitely find me camping, riding my motorcycle, restoring classic cars, and renovating old houses. Do you belong to any boards/sponsor any charities, etc? If so, where? I hold the position of Treasurer of Richmond Football Club am a member of the Rotary Club of Vancouver
