Biography

    I am a decisive and results focused Senior Level PMP/PRINCE2 certified Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in full project lifecycle management in a variety of complex and highly technical environments; consistently sought out to reengineer troubled projects. I have led multi-functional technology teams and am a key contributor and mentor for a variety of PMO offices.     My strengths include successful analysis and problem-solving expertise, highly rated oral and written communications skills with a proven track record of planning, monitoring and executing projects with a strong customer service focus. My technical expertise includes but not limited to web implementation management, mobile app development management, voice and data networks, telecommunications networks, Augmented Reality (AR) creation software and installation, and technical training     I possess a unique blend of technology and program leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to produce exceptional business results in a services, commercial software, or a technology/engineering rich environment.
