Biography

As the Senior Vice President of Global Delivery at Appnovation, I ensures that our project teams work closely with clients to deliver world-class solutions to meet the demands of Appnovation’s international customers. With over 20 years of consulting and professional services delivery experience across the enterprise, government and military sectors, I also have a Master of Science in Business Administration from The University of British Columbia (UBC), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Prior to joining Appnovation, I served as NGRAIN’s Senior Director of Services, where I successfully established the Professional Services department. I led the eCommerce Consulting team and the EMEA Professional Services team at ElasticPath and ran the Project Management Office for SAP/Business Objects. In addition, I have successfully delivered enterprise projects at global companies such as Accenture and AnswerThink, and have built and run teams at start-up technology companies.
