Biography
For more than 35 years, Brian Emmett, M.Sc., R.P.Bio, has helped to develop innovative new methods for surveying, sampling, and monitoring coastal marine resources. Notable projects include numerous coastal resource-planning initiatives, a stewardship guide for the BC coast, and an assessment of progress towards sustainability and traceability in the BC seafood harvesting sector. A founding member and senior partner of Archipelago, Brian is also a founding member of Green Shores, a program devoted to promoting sustainable development and design throughout our coastal ecosystems.
