Biography

A well-recognized and highly respected executive with over 30 years’ experience in the technology sector, Norm is a results-oriented, highly motivated financial leader. His extensive accounting and finance experience has made him a valuable asset for many businesses, ranging from private start-ups to mature public companies. He has also served as a board member for both public and private companies.  Norm has worked in all areas of finance: developing management and financial reporting systems; making a private company public and closing a wide variety of financings. He is a strategic leader who works closely with executive teams in driving profitable growth and has also been responsible for leading and closing a number of M&A transactions, working for both the acquirer and the acquiree.  As a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant, Norm specializes in financial management, financing activities, merger and acquisition, financial and management reporting, project leadership and strategic planning.
