Pieter Dorsman

Biography

 With almost 25 years experience, Pieter joined Atimi as an advisor with a focus on Atimi’s financing strategy. Before this, Pieter held a number of senior positions in the project and corporate finance divisions at UBS and Barclays in Hong Kong where he was responsible for financial advisory, arrangement, and restructuring mandates in Asia. His experience is with technology companies and incubators in finance, growth strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. Recently, he co-founded, invested in, managed, advised, and exited from a number of successful Vancouver-based technology companies. Pieter holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from the Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam, Netherlands where he also studied law.
