Biography
Mr. Gisby is a Senior Corporate Finance professional with over twenty years of investment banking experience focusing on the Healthcare Industry. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Gisby was a Director with Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin where he specialized in the financial restructuring of Healthcare Companies completing over $4 bn in transactions. Mr. Gisby was previously a Director in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group of UBS Investment Bank and Pain Webber, where he structured and completed numerous merger and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions. Mr. Gisby is a member of the New York Security Analysts Society, The Association for Investment Management Research and has lectured on “Access to Capital for the Healthcare Industry” and “M&A Strategy” at numerous conferences
