Biography
Mr. McNeice acts as a financial consultant to emerging private and publicly traded junior mining companies. From 1990 to 2003, he provided public accounting services with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he specialized in servicing private and public technology and life science companies. Mr. McNeice is both a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois). He is also Chief Financial Officer of Carube Resources Inc., a TSX Venture listed company. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. McNeice was Chief Financial Officer of Ur-Energy Inc., a TSX listed uranium exploration and development company.
