Biography
Mr. Kaiser is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He spent 12 years with The Doe Run Company, an international natural resource company focused on the mining, smelting, recycling and fabrication of metals, where he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at his retirement in 2006. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Amax Gold Inc., a publicly listed gold mining company, from 1989 to 1993. He has served on the School of Accountancy Advisory Board at Southern Illinois University since 1988 and serves as a director of the Southern Illinois University Foundation. Mr. Kaiser currently serves as a director of Gryphon Gold Corporation, Uranium Resources Inc. and Apollo Gold Corporation. Mr. Kaiser graduated from Southern Illinois University.
