Mr. Gregory T. Perrier, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Chrome Data Solutions, LP since December 2011. Mr. Perrier has been President of Autodata Solutions Company since 1993 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as President of Autodata Solutions, Inc. since 2000. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Autodata Solutions Co., a subsidiary of Carsdirect.com Inc. since July 1999 and Senior Vice President of Data Products of Internet Brands, Inc. since July 1999. From November 1992 to July 1999, prior to Autodata's acquisition by CarsDirect.com Inc., he served as President of Autodata. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Autodata Solutions Company, an automotive division of Internet Brands Inc., since 1993. Mr. Perrier has built Autodata Solutions into one of North America's largest software and services boutiques focused on the automotive industry. Autodata Solutions Company, which Internet Brands acquired in mid-1999, serves every manufacturer in North America from Acura to Volvo through its diverse suite of products and services. He was a Consultant with Price Waterhouse. He served as a Director of Autodata Solutions Co. since July 1999. Mr. Perrier earned an honors degree in business from the Ivey School of Business in 1984. He received his M.B.A/H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business
