Paul Mesburis

Biography

 Paul Mesburis has more than 20 years of experience in global investing. His investment experience encompasses equities and fixed income portfolio management, M&A/investment banking, emerging markets investing, institutional equity research, compliance and private equity. Paul also has significant public company board and corporate governance experience. He has advised corporate boards for over 20 years, and is a Corporate Director of several publicly-listed companies, including acting as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee of ProMetic Life Sciences Inc.(PLI-TSX) and previously as a member of its Compensation Committee. Paul’s previous roles have included senior roles in global and North American equities portfolio management in the Canadian mutual fund industry, and senior roles in investment banking and M&A at both global and domestic investment banks. Paul is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario), Chartered Accountant (Ontario), Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a B.A. from the University of Toronto.
