Biography
Mr. Salley is Managing Partner of Salley Bowes Harwardt Law Corporation, a corporate and securities law firm that focuses on corporate finance, business and corporate law, with particular expertise in the mining and oil and gas sectors. He has 40 years of Canadian and international practice as a barrister and solicitor. Mr. Salley has served as a member of the Board of Directors of both for-profit and not-for-profit national organizations and is currently a Director of several publicly listed issuers. Mr. Salley holds a B.A. (History & Economics) and a LL.B. from the University of Alberta. He is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and British Columbia.
