Biography
Will Marsh is Chief Legal Officer of Baker Hughes, a GE Company. Prior to his current role, Marsh served as Vice President and General Counsel of Baker Hughes Incorporated starting in February 2013. Marsh joined Baker Hughes in 1998 and has served in various executive, legal, compliance and corporate roles, including Vice President of Legal, Western Hemisphere from May 2009 to February 2013 and Director of Enterprise Risk Strategies from March 2006 to May 2009. As Director of Enterprise Risk Strategies, Marsh designed and implemented Baker Hughes’ Enterprise Risk Management program to assist in strategic planning and the Board’s oversight of risks. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Marsh was a partner with the law firm of Ballard Spahr LLP representing clients in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance and securities laws. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
