Biography
Mr. Sutcliffe’s principal occupation is corporate director. Mr. Sutcliffe has been a partner with Sutcliffe & Associates Management Consultants since June 1985. He has also held multiple board and senior governance roles over the past 25 years in organizations such as Mediconsult.com, IBM Canada, BluePoint Data, BCS Global, BDO Dunwoody & Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Sutcliffe is an active senior advisor to several private companies and board director with two non-profit organizations.
