Mr. Roche’s principal occupation is President and Chief Executive Officer of Stratford Managers Corporation, a company he founded in Dec 2006. Previously, Mr. Roche co-founded Tundra Semiconductor Corporation in Dec 1995 and was President and Chief Executive Officer through Sep 2006. From May 1985 to Dec 1995 Mr. Roche was a founding member and executive of Newbridge Networks Corporation.
