Biography
Darryn Knibbs brings extensive experience in the areas of finance and corporate development. He has successfully bought and sold numerous private companies in both private and public transactions. Mr. Knibbs was the founder of Inter West Ag Services Centers, which successfully consolidated a number of independent Ag Retail outlets, as well as founder of Inter West Ag Resources (the province’s first First Nations farming joint venture). Currently, Mr. Knibbs is President of a private holding company with interests in Insurance, Real Estate, Finance, and Hospitality. Mr. Knibbs currently sits on various corporate boards. Mr. Knibbs is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting ’84). He has also completed the CMA designation as well as a Canadian Securities Course.
