Louise Reid

Biography

As a passionate Human Resources leader and Certified Coach, Louise brings diverse experience leading the development and implementation of HR solutions in support of key business challenges. Louise has worked in a variety of work environments, both unionized and non-unionized, within start up, medium and large companies.  In addition, Louise has broad industry experience having worked in a variety of sectors - utilities, aviation, pharmaceuticals, and high tech. Louise is an accomplished HR people leader, coach and facilitator. She has unique specialties in leadership development and coaching, talent management and succession planning, corporate employee wellbeing programs, diversity and inclusion, and in building high-performance teams.
