Doug Williams

Biography

Doug Williams, M.B.A., is an executive vice president and chief business officer at Bioasis Technologies, Inc. Williams has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and has successfully led cross-functional, global alliance teams across multiple organizations. His alliance and partnering experience includes a broad set of partners at large, multinational pharmaceutical companies, as well as startup biotechnology companies. Williams most recently came from Purdue Pharma where he worked on strategic alliances and business development projects related to clinical and preclinical programs. Prior to Purdue Pharma, Williams built his own successful consulting business working with startup healthcare technology companies. Williams’ experience includes commercial sales, sales management, alliance management and business development. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Elan, Sepracor, Kadmon and Purdue Pharma.Williams received his master of business administration degree from the New York Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Susquehanna University.
