Rob Hutchison

Biography

Rob Hutchison is executive chairman of the board of directors at Bioasis Technologies, Inc. Hutchison is the founder and former chief executive officer of Bioasis. He is also the founder and former chief executive officer and chief scientist of eCharge Corporation. He has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of technologies and has vast intellectual property experience. Hutchison is the primary inventor on more than 30 patents in the area of internet transactional/banking systems. When Hutchison acquired the blood-brain barrier intellectual property from the University of British Columbia, it was his goal to broaden and create a significant intellectual property portfolio, a goal that was achieved and is still evolving.
