Biography
Scott has been with BIOX since 2002. Over the past 15 years he has been intimately involved in the development of many aspects of the Company’s business, particularly focussed on commercial operations, government relations and the building of strategic relationships with suppliers, customers and joint venture partners. Scott oversees the Company’s government relations initiatives and represents BIOX at Renewable Industries Canada in the capacity of Vice-Chair, as well as at the National Biodiesel Board and the Advanced Biofuels Association. Prior to joining BIOX, Scott had over 15 years experience as a successful entrepreneur, involved in the start up of several businesses in Canada, the United States and Europe. His expertise covers a wide range of disciplines including the financing and development of corporate strategies, new business development, marketing, sales and operations gathered from his experiences in variety of industries ranging from commercial real estate to retail sales operations, new concept retail foods to the entertainment industry.
