Biography
Mark Korol has over 11 years experience in the Chief Financial Officer position, including 6 years of public company experience with Zenon Environmental and CDI Education Corp. He has spent the last 6 years with Xela Enterprises Ltd. a multinational private food company with 5000 employees. Its focus is on the agricultural and hospitality business segments. Mr. Korol has held various financial positions over his career including Research Analyst with National Bank Financial in Toronto. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor and a BA in Economics and Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. Mark has held Board of Director positions in both private and public companies.
