Biography
Richard has over 18 years of manufacturing industry experience. In 2005 he oversaw the sale of a family business, All-Metal Machine Specialties Company, an auto parts manufacturer. Since then he has been engaged in the development of the Blue Planet. Richard received a doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University.
