Biography
Scott is responsible for generating acquisition opportunities, negotiating key commercial agreements and partnerships, and completing project financings. Scott joined BluEarth in 2011 as Director, Project Development and Construction where he played a key role in the acquisition, development and construction of BluEarth’s wind, hydro and solar projects. Subsequently, Scott held the position of Director, Business Development. Scott has 15 years’ experience in the development of energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining BluEarth, Scott held management positions at TransAlta Corporation and Canadian Hydro Developers. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Masters Degree in Geography from the University of Guelph, and he completed the Executive Leadership Program at Queen’s University.
Research Interest
BluEarth’s wind, hydro and solar projects. Subsequently, Scott held the position of Director, Business Development.
