Biography
Previous to her training in Chinese Medicine, Parvaneh Bahrami obtained her medical doctorate from Tehran University in Iran (her country of origin), in 1984.Aa medical doctor, she practiced western medicine for 20 years. She then graduated in 2005, from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Vancouver, BC. She has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for five years.Parvaneh Bahrami is licensed with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of BC, as a Registered Acupuncturist, and is specially trained in Cosmetic Acupuncture, Facial Rejuvenation and Pain Management.With her experience in western medicine, and her passion for eastern medicine, she understands the balance of mind and body, which gives her the edge to understand each individual’s needs.
