Biography
Ms Pagel has held numerous executive positions in both government and the private sector. She was selected to be part of Canada’s Diversity 50 2013 list of board candidates, and has served on many public, private, and not-for-profit boards. She was interim president and CEO at Sustainable Development Technology Canada from June 2014 to June 2015. Prior to that, she was president and CEO of the Ontario Clean Water Agency from 2010 until her retirement in early 2014. Previous industry positions held by Ms Pagel include Principal Government and Industrial Relations at Stantec; Senior Vice President and Principal at Jacques Whitford; Vice President Government Relations at Philip Services; and president of Zenon Environmental Laboratories.
