Biography
Michael W. Boyce joined the Booth University College community in 2007 to oversee the creation a new program of English and Film Studies, for which he serves as Chair. He has taught a broad selection of film and literature courses at Booth, Providence College and the University of Manitoba. He is also currently serving as Vice President Academic and Dean.
Research Interest
Michael has a BA (Hons) and MA from Wilfrid Laurier University and completed his PhD at the University of Manitoba. HIs scope of interests include Trauma Literature, Television, National Cinema, Film Theory Introduction to Film Studies and Special Topics – Religion Fiction and Popular Culture.
